I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?

  • We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will you cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees.

  • No, we will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.

Do you offer refunds?

  • Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the seller’s behalf we offer exchanges of product only.

Can I make changes to my order?

  • To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Does my billing and shipping have to match?

  • Yes! The billing and shipping addresses have to match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Only exception to a different shipping and billing is Apple Pay.
